環(huán)氧樹脂屬于熱塑性的線型樹脂，不能直接應(yīng)用，必須向其中添加固化劑組分，生成三維網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)才能體現(xiàn)其獨(dú)特的性能。在固化劑產(chǎn)品中，酸酐類固化劑占有重要地位，是固化劑市場(chǎng)用量較大，應(yīng)用較為廣泛的品種之一。

電子灌封產(chǎn)品從小型電子元件、精密儀表、軍工通訊產(chǎn)品，及各種電子澆注制品大型變壓器，從電機(jī)線圈到高壓電器中電流互感器、電纜接線盒和電纜終端等，酸酐類固化劑得到廣泛應(yīng)用。

環(huán)氧層壓制品是由纖維織物增強(qiáng)材料浸漬環(huán)氧樹脂/固化劑等配制成的膠液，經(jīng)一定溫度烘干得到半固化片，半固化片經(jīng)裁切、疊層，而后熱壓固化成板材，經(jīng)卷繞加熱固化成管材和筒材。
